How does your authentication process work?+
Every luxury timepiece sold through Maison Soletti undergoes a rigorous multi-point authentication process. This includes serial number verification against manufacturer records, movement inspection by certified watchmakers, case and dial examination under magnification, and bracelet and clasp authenticity confirmation. Each watch is accompanied by our certificate of authenticity and full documentation of its condition and provenance.
How does shipping work?+
We offer free worldwide insured shipping on all orders. Eyewear orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Timepiece orders are processed within 2–5 business days to allow for final quality checks. All shipments are fully insured, require a signature upon delivery, and include real-time tracking. For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day return window for all eyewear purchases and a 14-day return window for timepieces. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please contact our concierge team at concierge@maisonsoletti.com to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank wire transfers for timepiece purchases. All transactions are processed securely with industry-standard encryption. For high-value timepiece purchases, we also offer payment plans — contact our concierge team for details.

We occasionally run exclusive promotions for our eyewear collection. Subscribe to our newsletter or contact our concierge team to learn about current offers and new arrivals.
How do you source your watches?+
Our timepieces are sourced through a trusted global network of authorized dealers, collectors, and private sellers. Every watch undergoes our comprehensive authentication and quality inspection process before being listed. We only accept timepieces that meet our strict standards for condition and authenticity. Our sourcing team has decades of combined experience in luxury horology.
Are your watches pre-owned or new?+
Our timepiece collection consists of pre-owned luxury watches in excellent condition. Each watch is professionally serviced, authenticated, and graded before being offered for sale. We provide detailed condition reports and high-resolution photography so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Do you offer warranty on purchases?+
All eyewear purchases include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For timepieces, we provide a 6-month mechanical warranty covering movement issues. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure (unless rated), or normal wear. Extended warranty options are available at the time of purchase.
