Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unworn condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Original packaging, cases, and accessories must be included
- Certificates of authenticity must be returned with timepieces
- Item must be free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our concierge team at concierge@maisonsoletti.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please package the item securely using the original packaging and drop it off at the specified carrier location.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders, prescription lenses, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
