Free Worldwide Shipping
All Maison Soletti orders ship free of charge, worldwide. Every package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
Processing Times
Timepieces require additional processing time for final quality checks and secure packaging.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Real-time tracking is available for all shipments. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, our concierge team is available to assist.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Maison Soletti is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Secure Packaging
Every order is packaged with the utmost care. Eyewear arrives in our signature hard case with a microfiber cleaning cloth. Timepieces are secured in cushioned, tamper-evident packaging with all accompanying documentation and certificates of authenticity.
